Analysts leverage their knowledge of Equity Research and Equity Markets. Perform equity research and analysis of publicly traded corporations from different sectors. Engage in data analysis to determine current and long term trends in the sectors inclusive of financial and product market trajectories. Conduct financial modeling of covered and competitive companies. Describe company and industry characteristics in writing suitable for clients.

|
COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT OFFICER (CRA OFFICER) $68K
CRA officer should have the ability to research complex issues, interpret regulations and regulatory rulings/guidance, and exhibit sound judgment in determining a recommendation or solution to a problem. Work with strategic partners to establish the firm as a key participant in the firm’s assessment area. Perform due diligence on, and assist in the vetting and underwriting of an initial money in potential CRA-eligible loans, investments and grants. Present to the CRA Committee all community development loan, investment and grant recommendations for the firm. Evaluate affiliate lending, investment, grant and service activities for CRA credit. Maintain the firm’s CRA Public File including written comments received from the public regarding the firm's CRA performance. Collect, prepare and submit CRA-related agreements to the FDIC with respect to CRA Sunshine Act requirements. Assist the Compliance Analyst in their responsibility of evaluating the firm's compliance with regulatory laws, especially with respect
to Equal Credit Opportunity and Fair Lending laws and regulations. Respond to requests for grants from the community. Monitor and assist grant applicants in their submission of a complete application.

Desired Qualities
|
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, public finance, or community development field.
- 2 years previous experience as a bank CRA officer, or previous experience as a federal or state bank examiner. Other specialized community development experience outside of being a bank CRA officer or bank examiner.

SERVICE CENTER MANAGER $57K
Provide senior level application administration and development services for Service Center. Maintain and administer multi-site and multi-environment services, maintain performance and provide daily support services for IT Service Management Processes. Coordinate vendor services for application support and development integration and releases. Collaborates and with team members on change, release and configuration for Service Center and coordinate integration of services and applications. Service Manager provides application development and senior administration services for Service Center, that also includes access management. Provides daily support and maintenance while supporting new project integration. Acts as key contact for Service Center related projects and provides high visibility with other staff and departments during all projects phases. Act as department liaison for meetings, workgroups and committees. Responsible for the design, implementation and automation of reports for stake holder. Support reporting design and implementation by creating reports and making them available to the requestor and others as needed. Manage Service Center configuration, release and change management services for planned releases, project integration and emergency support services.

- Bachelor Degree related field
- 1 year core competency in supporting and implementing Service Center.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establishfacts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
